Finally December!

What a year!

It seems it was not that long ago that we were celebrating the New Year. Then there was spring, summer came and went, then fall; and here comes Christmas.

How do you feel? Are you satisfied with your results to date? Is 2023 a good year for you; financially, physically, and professionally? Let's look at the professional aspect. How are things? Are you always running, trying to catch up (remember the story about drinking eight glasses of water a day?). What would it take to establish a working schedule that was functional, adapted to your needs, and allow you to reach your goals?

What part of your 2023 results will you be able to reproduce next year? How many listings and sales will you get through referrals? How many will you have to generate? Let's see if we can reproduce the same results with more skills and yes, less efforts. Is it possible? Could you get the same results, let's say, in 9 months instead of 12?

You guessed it, we are at the planning stage. That is where we look at what worked well and not so well. All for the purpose of developing a powerful approach, one that is not based on false hopes but rather on powerful methods to better succeed. Study your numbers, your averages. How many listing presentations have you averaged monthly since January? How many did you list? How many sales, where did the clients come from? Where will your clients come from in 2024?
