This message is… written especially for you, yes you. I decided to take a few minutes to address your worries. I hope to dissipate somewhat the doubts and insecurities that inhabit your mind. There are three elements that prevent you from becoming and achieving all that you want. The first is your belief in yourself. To really believe that you can become rich (yes rich), or in great physical shape, or happy and full of energy is truly within reach. Without such belief, nothing is possible unless you include lottery tickets and even then, there are many examples of lottery winners who ended up ill and poorer. It is up to you to BELIEVE, no one can believe for you.

The second element is the market itself. Wherever you are, you are in an active market. A market that is in action. There are people who buy and sell every week. Study your market stats and you will be amazed to realize that in Quebec approximately 90% of families buy and sell through Real Estate brokers to the ton of almost 100,000 transactions per year. That is amazing. I am telling you this because you could have unwavering belief in yourself and be in an industry where nothing goes. You could be a farmer in an area that has suffered from drought for many years. That is not your case. The market is alive and kicking.

The third element is the learning process that you must go through as well as the discipline that you must develop and master in order to be truly happy. I can provide you with six different schedules ranging from 39.5 to 46 hours a week that will enable you to earn $250,000 a year. Not 60 hours, not 7 days a week but truly a professional and disciplined approach. Make the decision that you will succeed not by luck but with competence.

In conclusion, you must agree that the 2nd element is acquired (given). The market is there. The selling potential is there. If you master the 1st and 3rd elements, your success is guaranteed.
