How do they do it?

Those successful brokers, how do they do it? What are their secrets, their magic formulas? What do they do? Are there magical pills (easy methods) that will bring you business without lifting a finger? Is there such a thing as easy business?

There have been illusion’ makers for thousands of years selling false hope and dreams. People who offer “the easy way”, they sell “no effort, automatic and guaranteed” leads. You know what; they succeed very well in selling you these tools because most individuals are constantly looking for the easy way to succeed. The truth is that selling Real Estate has never been as simple as it is today. I did not say easy, I said simple. Today’ buyers and sellers are hard at work seeking a Real Estate professional to help them achieve their goal; buying or selling a property.

Very often and out of despair, these same clients decide to list or buy directly because they are at a loss at finding a professional who is inspiring and competent.

Tell me:

  • Do you know your market?
  • Can you tell me how many properties sold in your market area in the last six months, by type of property or price range?
  • Can you complete a great market analysis within 20 minutes in your key sectors?
  • Can you provide great answers to the ten most common objections you hear from clients?

The “great ones” succeed because they know their market; they can establish quickly and accurately the true value of a listing as well as plan a marketing plan that is dynamic and proactive. More importantly, they are hard at work! I do not know of any “great ones” in Real Estate that is complacent. They have a system, a plan and they follow it.
