There is a parade!
They say that in life, there is a parade. A beautiful and magnificent parade with gigantic floats, full of colors and ornaments. It is magnificent to look at and partake in it. They also say that one percent (1%) of individuals are part of the parade; they are happy, accomplished and excited!
They say that there are also many people watching the beautiful parade, they are in that stands and along the roads, amazed and filled with wonder at such beauty and greatness. They wish they could be part of such a parade lest it be so difficult or too good to be true. This group represents nineteen percent (19) %).
There is also a third group. A group representing 80 % of all people… who are born, live their whole life and die without ever knowing there was such a parade.

The year 2022 ended with over 109,500 Real Estate transactions done by brokers in the province of Quebec, absolutely phenomenal … that was the parade! It wasn’t easy but it was phenomenal, considering all the restrictions, confinement period and uncertainties felt throughout the year. Were you in the parade, were you watching it, did you even know there was a parade?
